HOW IT ALL BEGAN

Hi! We are Esgher and Malisa. June 17, 2021 was the day our lives changed forever as our son Vince was born. Vince was a happy baby. He loved taking a bath, but getting out of the bath always was very uncomfortable for him. The temperature difference from 37 degrees to 21 degrees made him cold. And he sure let us know! Tears pouring out while mom and dad tried to dry and dress him as quickly as possible.

THE SOLUTION

Esgher thought: “This has to be done differently.” At one point it hit him: a heated changing pad! Soon we had built a first prototype changing pad. And what do you know? It worked like a charm! No more tears or discomfort after a bath, but warm and comfortable during drying and dressing.

Not only for Vince, but also for us, the heated changing pad offered a much more relaxed experience. Soon we decided to go all-in and help other parents with this problem by bringing Wumby to market.
