On this page we explain which steps must be taken before an order is final.
Ordering
You can order products by adding them to your shopping cart and then going through the ordering process. You enter the shipping details. Then the shipping costs are calculated. Finally, choose your payment method. After payment, an order is finalized.
Payment
You can pay for your order using one of the following payment methods:
iDeal
iDEAL is the most used payment method in the Netherlands. Payments are possible through the 10 major banks in The Netherlands: ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Bunq, ING, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank and Van Lanschot. The payment method is based on a banktransfer, but with iDEAL the amount and the account number of the beneficiary are already entered in advance.
Credit card
If you choose to pay for your order by credit card, you can do so with a credit card from Mastercard, Visa or American Express
Apple Pay
Apple Pay is Apple’s own payment method and uses the Apple Wallet, in which the user places his payment cards. The actual payment method therefore depends on the cards placed in the Wallet. Payment is completed with a fingerprint or face scan.
Klarna
By choosing Klarna as a payment method, you prefer to receive your products before actually paying. Klarna provides you with 14 (and upon request, 30) days to settle the due payment.
PayPal
PayPal is the most famous online wallet and makes it possible to receive worldwide payments. Customers can pay via PayPal using their credit card, bank account or PayPal balance.
Bancontact
With Bancontact, Belgian customers can pay via their own trusted banking environment. Paying with this payment method is comparable to the Dutch iDEAL.
Delivery
Is the product in stock and do you place your order before 15::00 PM? Then your order will be shipped the same day! We send our packages via PostNL. PostNL strives to deliver parcels in The Netherlands the next day.
No one at home when your package is delivered? Then PostNL will deliver it to the neighbors or to a PostNL point. With the track & trace code you can see where you can pick up the package. Deliveries are free.
